This is one of the questions we ask every night in our manager log book. Last night I was filling it out and I realized at one point in the night we were being interviewed for an upcoming magazine article, at the same time a james beard award nominee chef, one of the top chefs in the aspen skiing company and the chef from the roaring fork club we all having dinner with their families!!!! I will take that as a compliment. :-) :-) :-) :-)
