WHAT THE PHO !?!?!?!?!

Attention all you foodies, gourmand's, epicurean's
and the other 99% of us who just like good food :) 
 
We have a had a ton of you asking for PHO... 
A delicious vietnamese noodle soup made with fresh rice noodles in a decadent broth.  
So here you go.. 
Our version is made by simmering our Crystal River Beef bones (we happen to have a ton from the short rib we use at GRIND, you know the place where we grind your burgers fresh EVERYDAY :) 
Let those simmer for over 12 hrs with a special blend of seasonings. Over fresh rice noodles, thinly shaved onion, and Crystal River Beef.  For the foodies, the beef is grass fed 100% organic, hormone and pesticide free.   
For the rest of us, it is GOOD!!! :) 
Garnish it as you will with some fresh basil, sprouts, fresh jalapenos and a squeeze of lime.   
OH YEAH!!!! 
 
We will only have about 20 servings a day because we have to simmer the stock over night...so first come first serve!!!
